Typography

Fraunces carries the headings and Inter the running text. Both are distributed under the SIL Open Font License and are delivered through Google Fonts.

Photography

A recipe or guide that has no photograph of its own shows a designed placeholder tile, because a borrowed or unrelated stock image would suggest something untrue about the dish. Any photograph added later will either be made for Anclena or be licensed for this use, and the site never embeds pictures that live on someone else's server.

Sources

A historical or regional statement that deserves a citation gets it at the foot of the page where the statement appears, not in a separate list here, so the reference stays next to the claim it backs up.
