Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. What follows sets out which information Anclena may receive while you use it and what happens to that information.
No sign-up needed
Reading, searching and filtering on Anclena never requires you to register or hold an account. The site does not build a profile for you, keep a list of saved recipes, or record a personal browsing history.
What the forms collect
Anything you enter in the Contact or Corrections forms, typically a name, an email address and a message, is used for one purpose only: answering you or reviewing your report. It is never sold, rented out or put to marketing use.
Server logs
As with most websites, the server hosting this one may log basic technical details of every request, including the IP address, the type of browser and the page asked for, in order to keep the site secure and spot abuse. Those logs are not used to assemble profiles of individual visitors.
Outside resources
The pages fetch their typefaces from Google Fonts, and fetching a font from an outside provider can involve a request to that provider's servers; the site passes along no personal account data with it, because none exists. The Cookie Policy adds detail about third-party requests and local storage.
Children
Anclena is a recipe reference for a general audience and is not aimed at children, and it does not knowingly gather personal information from them.
Your options
The whole library can be used without handing over any personal details. If you have written to the site before and want your message deleted, ask for that through the Contact page.
Updates to this policy
Any revision to this policy will appear on this page together with a new "last updated" date.
