Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026. Using Anclena means accepting the conditions listed below.
Use of the site
Anclena is a recipe and technique reference that costs nothing to read. You may browse, search, filter, print and share links to its pages for your own purposes, which includes cooking at home, teaching and non-commercial reference.
Who owns the content
Unless a page says otherwise, the recipes, written guides and original photographs here belong to Anclena. Copying large parts of the text or images onto another website or publication and presenting them as your own is not allowed without permission, whereas a short quotation that is clearly credited and linked back to the source is fine.
No warranty
The recipes and guides are offered for information and for cooking. Methods are tested and regional and historical statements are checked with care, but the result in your kitchen will still vary with ingredients, equipment and technique, so the site cannot promise that any recipe will turn out a particular way. The Disclaimer goes into more detail, food safety included.
Using the forms
When you send something through the Contact or Corrections forms, you agree that it will not be unlawful, abusive or knowingly untrue, and you confirm that you are entitled to share the information you include.
Links to other sites
Some pages point to outside material, for instance historical or cultural references. The site is not answerable for what those external pages say or for whether it is accurate.
Revisions
These terms may be revised from time to time, and carrying on using the site after a revision counts as accepting the new wording.
